Model City’s fearless superhero Captain Atomic is transformed into a lively, but powerless puppet by his brilliant yet ill-intentioned sidekick Nuclear Boy. The only way Captain Atomic can save Model City from Nukey and a host of other villains targeting the city is by teaming up with his biggest fan, 12-year-old Joey Felt, who literally holds the power in his hand to reactivate Captain Atomic's superpowers every time he puts Atomic Puppet on his hand.
